Pork Boston Butt (bone-in) is also known as the pork shoulder.  It cooks up to be a little darker meat than the fresh ham and makes amazing pulled pork. When you cook meat with bone it infuses the flavor and juices of the bone into the meat which in return gives you mouth-watering delicious bites of meat.

Cooking Suggestions:
Crock-pot: Put meat on bottom, add water to cover and cook on low for 8hrs. Pull apart meat and enjoy pulled pork on a bun, baked potato, nachos, in a recipe, or just simply by itself.

We just started buying from J&L Farm, and are impressed with the pork we purchased. Next, we will try the beef. It's great to know that the animals are well-taken care of during their lifetimes, and are not cooped up in tiny quarters all the time!
