BBQ Pork Backbone

4 lb. pork backbone
1 c. sliced onions
1 c. ketchup
1 c. water
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tsp. dry mustard

Arrange separated ribs or backbone in glass pan. Mix remaining ingredients together and cook until onions are tender (or if you don't have much time it works to skip cooking the onions and other items). Pour sauce over meat. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender (or cook in your slow cooker until tender).
