Thanks for your interest in Flex Pick-Up! If you choose Flex Pick-Up as your delivery method, the following simple but important guidelines apply.
✔️ Flex Pick-Up begins 15 minutes after the scheduled Drop Site time. For example, if the Drop Site meets at 4:00 PM, Flex Pick-Up begins at 4:15 PM.
✔️ Flex Pick-Up orders will be held in a protected spot and safe temperature range until 8:00 PM that evening.
✔️ Out of consideration for our hosts and their families, Flex Pick-Up ends at exactly 8:00 PM. Orders not picked up by 8:00 PM will need to be discarded. We are unable to issue a refund for forgotten orders, and hosts are not responsible for extending the Flex Pick-Up hours or storing orders overnight.
✔️ You can make changes to your order without incurring fees, including changing your delivery method or canceling your order, through the Sunday before your scheduled delivery (the order deadline).
✔️ You may also make changes to your delivery method with a service fee, or cancel your order and receive a partial refund, until the scheduled start time for the Drop Site. After the scheduled start time for the Drop Site, we are unable to make changes, accept cancellations, or issue refunds.
✔️ If you have any questions or problems picking up your order, including something as simple as not being able to find the coolers or freezer where orders are being stored, please contact Laura, not the host. Please do not knock on the host's door. Laura can be reached by text at 540-333-1867.
