Q: Does my gift box have to be shipped?

A: Yes, Holiday Gift Boxes are available ONLY by UPS Home Delivery.

Q: How do I order a gift box?

1. On the Holiday Gift Box product page, click "Pre-Order." (If button says "Sold Out," you just need to temporarily switch your delivery preference to UPS Home Delivery. Follow the instructions at the bottom of the product page.)
2. Enter the gift recipient's name under contact info. Enter your (the sender's) phone and email address.
3. Under Delivery Details: Click "Home Delivery" (under "Method") and enter gift recipient's zip code. Select "UPS Home Delivery." Enter gift recipient's address. Leave Delivery Date set to "TBD." (All gift boxes will ship the week of Dec 12th)
4. Pay by Credit Card and add your optional gift message in the order notes. Click "Submit Order".

Q: When will my gift box ship?

A: Holiday Gift Boxes will ship the week of December 12th.

Q: Will you notify my gift recipient that a J&L Green Farm gift box is on its way?

A: We will not directly contact your gift recipient. However, we will keep you updated when your recipient's gift box has been packed and shipped, and provide you (the buyer) with tracking information.

Q: How do I send gift boxes to multiple addresses?

A: If you have multiple friends, neighbors, colleagues, or loved ones to whom you'd like to send a gift box, simply complete a separate pre-order for each address.
