Submit your order. Within 1-2 days of our next shipping day to your location, your safely-frozen order will arrive at your doorstep.
We deliver everywhere in the contiguous United States.
We ship at the beginning of each week year round. However, during the hot summer months we only ship one day per month to customers whose location requires 2-Day Shipping. (To ensure that your order stays cold, long-distance shipments require dry ice from an independent supplier, which we pick up once a month.)
When you create your free account, select "UPS Home Delivery" as your delivery method. Whenever you are logged in, your personalized brown Customer Bar (directly under the green Main Menu bar) will display the upcoming delivery date to your location as well as the number of days left to order. To view a schedule of all upcoming order deadlines and delivery dates to your location, simply click the current delivery date that is displayed.
All of our meats are packed in vacuum-sealed, BPA-free packaging. For UPS Home Delivery, we carefully pack your order in insulated coolers with ice packs (& dry ice for those outside of 1 day delivery) to ensure all meats will arrive cold.
To remain frozen during transit, a minimum amount of frozen product must ship in each cooler. Our online ordering system will alert you if you attempt to check out and have not yet reached the minimum amount required.
We deliver via UPS.
We offer free shipping with a minimum purchase that varies by location. The brown bar at the top of your cart will automatically track how close you are to earning free shipping for your location as you add items to the cart.
We issue a service fee that varies by location for all home delivery orders. To view the service fee for your location, log into your account and click the upcoming delivery date that is displayed on your personalized brown Customer Bar (directly under the green Main Menu bar). Your location's service fee is listed below the delivery schedule.
