Our Whole Pasture Raised Broilers can make an easy meal. Place chicken in glass 9x13 pan, sprinkle seasonings all over, add root veggies (if desired), cover with foil, place in oven at 350 for around 3 hours. You will find lots of juices in the bottom of the pan and dinner ready to be served. It's as simple as that! Enjoy!
