Our 100% grass fed and finished Eye of Round Beef Roast is a lean and very flavorful roast. Tender when slow cooked, it's considered by some to be the best choice for a classic roast beef as you can slice once you are done cooking vs. falling apart creating pulled beef like many of our other beef roasts.
