This bread is pre-sliced and comes frozen. Éban's artisan gluten-free breads are preservative-free; for maximum freshness, it is recommended to keep bread refrigerated for up to 10 days or frozen for up to nine months from date of purchase.
This product is made in a dedicated gluten-free facility that uses peanuts and tree nuts. They use ONLY certified gluten-free oats and oat flour, and their eggs come from free-roaming chickens raised by an Amish cooperative.
