Each package contains: 2 "shockingly delicious" gluten-free hamburger buns, pre-sliced and frozen.
These artisan buns are preservative-free; for maximum freshness, we recommend keeping buns in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 10 days or frozen for nine months from date of purchase.
This product is made in a dedicated gluten-free facility that uses peanuts and tree nuts. Éban's uses ONLY certified gluten-free oats and oat flour, and our eggs come from free-roaming chickens raised by an Amish cooperative AND our butter comes from grass-fed cows.
Éban's Bakehouse is located in Ohio and sources local ingredients close to the bakery.
