Pork Hocks - Whole Box

Our Pasture and Forest Raised Pork Hocks. The Hock (the joint connecting the foot to the leg) is rich in collagen and very flavorful, used as the base to soups, stews, or pulled pork.  Throw them in the slow cooker or on a smoker all day to enjoy pulled pork sandwiches!
