Our beef whole ribeye is a primal, lip-on cut that comes from cows raised on lush, nutrient-rich pasture. The result?  Beef that is leaner, more flavorful, and packed with essential nutrients.

This 100% grass fed and finished Whole Primal Ribeye is ready to section into custom ribeye steaks and/or prime rib roast(s). 

If lip on: The "lip" is a 2-inch piece of meat that is largely fat with some meat. It can be trimmed off, but those in the know leave it on: during cooking, it adds to the meat's incredible juiciness. And, it's delicious!
