This 100% grass fed and finished Whole Primal Ribeye Lip-On is boneless and ready to section into custom boneless ribeye steaks and/or prime rib roast(s).
The "lip" is a 2-inch piece of meat that is largely fat with some meat. It can be trimmed off, but those in the know leave it on: during cooking, it adds to the meat's incredible juiciness. And, it's delicious!
